Delegation Request Conditions

as they are binding on all parties to this agreement. To ensure your rights are always guaranteed, please ensure you follow the following rules:

You can open a guarantee and authorize any person or entity on any scale, and we will contact them to confirm the authorization.
Ensure the transaction is legal.

Our role is limited to preserving the rights of the second and third parties without any interference in the transaction.
A WhatsApp group will be created between the requester, the authorizer, and the administration to process your request.

Write the request in detail, clearly stating all the points required from the authorizer to achieve the best possible outcome. Also, specify the timeframe for completion.

Authritification duration: The authorization duration is determined by the approval of all parties to this agreement.
Any important information you provide to the authorizer is your personal responsibility, including passwords, phone numbers, and personal accounts.
You will not be able to modify any information related to the authorization after the authorization is opened.
If the executor completes their work, they will request the deposit and you will receive a notification.
If the requester does not respond within 24 hours after the delivery time, the deposit will be released to the executor or broker.
If the executor does not respond within 72 hours after the delivery time, the deposit will be released to the requester.
Do not ask the executor for any details not specified in the order details, and remember to discuss all details with them before opening the deposit.
The executor or broker has the right to prove their completion before and after completion to ensure their rights without any dispute.
We do not interfere in the type of transaction in any way between the requester and the executor. If any dispute arises, we work to resolve it amicably. If that is not possible, we refer to the order details.
The type of transaction and its details are the sole responsibility of the requester and the executor.
The Manjaz platform transfers the transaction amount to the service provider after the transaction owner acknowledges receipt.
The transaction owner acknowledges receipt of the service, so the amount is deducted from the customer’s card and transferred to the service provider.
The service provider carries out the transaction or performs the service, for the transaction owner to examine and verify its compliance with the agreed specifications.
The amount is withheld from the transaction owner until execution to guarantee rights and is not released except with direct permission from the transaction owner.
The application will be reviewed and after it is accepted and approved, the transaction will be confirmed via WhatsApp by one of the platform’s supervisors.
The applicant fills out the application and records his mobile number, name, and details of the worker or service.

You can get the invoice, but after completing the transaction and clicking on the evaluation, the invoice icon appears and you can download it.
The amount you secure with us remains in our bank accounts and we do not transfer it to anyone else until both parties agree or the transaction is completed.
You have a transaction and you do not know the broker
Or if you haven't dealt with us before, you can have the amount approved with us for a processing fee. Processors may request that the amount be approved before proceeding with the transaction to ensure their rights as well.

But each request is independent.
We cannot receive any requests outside the platform, and we do not have any agents who receive requests on call. If this is available, it must be reported through the platform.
There are no other payment methods.
Payments not mentioned on the platform are made via Mada card or credit card. Therefore, be careful before transferring any money to anyone claiming to work for us.
